This is a local hidden gem. Tucked away in a residential area in Belvedere Square, Claremont which is in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town, South Africa.
The ambiance is warm, friendly and relaxed. The decor is stunning. What stands out for me is the wide selection of food on their menu. They have coffees, bagels, cakes, waffles and ice cream.
They have a nice wide variety of innovative ice cream flavours. With such a wide selection you are sure to find something you would love to try out. You can also buy this ice cream to enjoy at home. They sell it in tubs.

Booster- tumeric, ginger and honey and yoghurt. Fun way for kids to increase their immune boosting intake in a fun and exciting way. It’s a win-win as a parent.
Taste was not overpowering. It has a lovely subtle ginger and honey taste, with a distinct turmeric flavor.
Lemon curd
As a tourist visiting Cape Town, my suggestion would be to perhaps start your day with a lovely bagel breakfast coupled with their divine coffee and then head to Access Park. Or you can head over here for lunch or even an evening dessert treat before heading to see the sunset.
They use natural, fresh ingredients and no preservatives. So if something is strawberry flavoured then real strawberries are used.
It is located a stones throw away from the popular Keurboom Park and the Choo Choo park. If you are looking to go for a walk or take the kids for a cycle before at Keurboom Park then a visit to Serendipity Creamery would make for a good treat afterwards.
It also makes for a lovely date location or if you need a break from working from home this is a lovely space to work at. It is also ideal for those morning coffee catch ups with your friends. It has seating inside and a lovely bench outside.
