Accommodation Listings Policy

8.1 Halaal Travels lists accommodation options for the ease and accessibility of our users. Halaal Travels does not, and is not liable to verify whether the property advertised or listed on the Halaal Travels website is suitable and of the users required standards and specifications. It remains your duty to ensure that the properties listed or being advertised by Halaal Travels meets your unique requirements prior to booking your accommodation. 

8.2 Halaal Travels is under no obligation to list or advertise your property or accommodation option on any of the Halaal Travels platforms should you not be accommodating to a muslim traveller’s requirements. 8.3 Should new information arise after the listing has been published, Halaal Travels has the authority to remove the published review from any and all social media platforms including any and all Halaal Travels digital or physical publications. New information constitutes, but is not limited to, a change in the Halaal status, or if multiple viewers have had a bad experience at the establishment or with the product or service that Halaal Travels has reviewed. Halaal Travels is under no obligation to disclose if a review will not be published or if a review has been removed from any of the Halaal Travels publications or social media accounts.

Car Reviews Policy

9.1 Halaal Travels provides detailed car reviews for your convenience. Halaal Travels is affiliated with Motoring and Tech World to provide you with the car reviews. These reviews are for information purposes only, you are still liable to engage in your own analysis prior to making decisions based on the content you see on the Halaal Travels Car review section.

10.1 You agree to the terms of the Halaal Travels privacy policy when you use this website. Your privacy is important to Halaal Travels. 13.1 Halaal Travels chooses to refrain from posting content containing music. Sounds that are used are from muslim singers, or sounds that do not originate from musical instruments. Halaal Travels under no circumstance will accommodate any musical sound requests for content that Halaal Travels creates for you via Reels, Tik Tok, Youtube or any other platform.

We reserve the right to reject or request modifications to any content that we deem inappropriate or inconsistent with our platform’s ethos.

14.2. Ad Placement:

By submitting content, you grant Halaal Travels the right to display, reproduce, and distribute the content on our platform for the agreed-upon duration.

14.7. Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to treat any confidential information obtained during the advertising partnership as strictly confidential and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.
