Signal Hill

Company Gardens
This is a lovely spot in Cape Town to enjoy a walk in beautiful scenery. It was created originally in the 1650s.
You will more than likely see a few squirrels which the kids always find fascinating. Adjacent to the Company Gardens is the Iziko South African Museum. A highlight in this museum is the Planetarium and Digital Dome.
Sea Point Promenade
This is a very well known spot for sunrise and sunset walks and a firm favourite with locals. It boasts spectacular views of the ocean making it an amazing place to experience. Hire a bike (or bring your own) and enjoy a cycle along the promenade.
Parks
There is a park between the Blue Train Park and the lighthouse that is really exciting for kids. In this park there is a track where kids can ride their bikes or scooters. Green Point park is another free park that you can explore. You can access it from the gate near the lighthouse on the sea point promenade.
