1. Download Nusuk app.
2. No need for a Saudi sim.
3. You need your visa details to make booking for your time slot on the Nusuk app.
4. It is preferable to book your slot from home as bookings open up.
5. You can register other names on the app on your phone.
6. Register for 1 person, then log out.
7. Then redo what you did the 1st time but register for the next person with their details. Make sure to use different cell numbers and email addresses.
8. For a person using the wheelchair, only she will need a permit. The person pushing her won’t need a permit. There’s a separate line for wheelchair.
9. Enter at door 37. Guards check permit. Strict with this. The Qr code must be flashing on screen.
10. One time visit per 30 days.
11. Here you on the green carpet, and can read your 2 rakaats salaah.
12. When doing the booking for Rawdah, you may see all grey blocks, don’t stress, it means that bookings are not open. Keep on checking. Or if you are on a group someone will mention that Rawdah bookings are open.
13. Usually Friday midnight bookings are open for the week and you can choose your day and time slot.
14. If fully booked, keep on checking every half hour in case there is a cancellation, and you able to secure a booking quickly.
15. You can also visit everyday without the permit from door 32. Takes you to the courtyard from where you can see the Green dome. After Fajr and Esha. Door opens after salaah.
16. After Fajr – Door 32 closes at 9am, And on Friday it’s 8am. Strict with time.
17. Once in, you can sit at your leisure till guards send you out.
18. Door 37 on the side of green dome.
19. Door 32 on Jannatul Baqi side.
20. Kids under 12 not allowed in Rawdah ladies section.
21. Girls from 12 years will need a permit to enter Rawdah ladies section.
