Femzi Timeshares was established in 2015, providing our clients with cost-effective, reliable timeshare rentals in South Africa. Femzi Timeshares specializes mostly in self catering resorts in Drakensberg, Umhlanga, South coast, North west and Mpumalanga.

Booking Procedure:
- Bookings and deposits are non-refundable unless unavailable. We cannot be held responsible due to natural disasters or deaths in family as we buy the unit in advance.
- Due to unforeseen circumstances of your unit not being available, you will; be refunded in full.
- Overcrowding of the units are not allowed and the Resort Manager reserves the right to refuse entry. (All extra charges due to overcrowding will be for your own account).
- Femzi Timeshares is not responsible for the quality of the accommodation offered. Complaints must be directed to the Resort.
- Upon receipt of ‘Proof_Of_Payment’ a Confirmation letter or Guest certificate will be issued to you within 3-14 working days depending on arrival dates.
Important points to note:
- In the case of a cancellation unfortunately no money can be refunded.
- We will try to assist to resell the unit, if the unit is sold we will gladly refund.
- We are a supplier of rental stock. once a unit is booked, we must immediately pay the full booking fee before receiving the confirmation, therefore we don’t get any refunds.
- We are bound to our suppliers T’s & C’s.
- We will not be held liable for any loss, damage, power failures, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

I booked a weekend away at Cayley lodge with Femzi. It was really easy as she sent the info required for check in. There were no issues at all. Had an amazing break. The views were amazing, a range of activities to keep the kids and adults busy, pool, jacuzzi and the peace away from the busy city life was great. I will definately be booking through femzi again.
