When making a booking with F Jada Timeshares, this is the procedure that is followed.
Booking Procedure:
Upon confirmation, you are required to make payment in full to the F Jada Timeshares bank account via EFT or a cash payment at the physical address stipulated.
Important points to note:
✅A cash deposit to the F Jada Timeshares bank account or cash to the stipulated physical address attracts a 1.5% (non-refundable) cash deposit fee.
✅Bookings and deposits are non-refundable unless accommodation is unavailable.
✅No booking will be done without receipt of Proof of Payment.
✅F Jada Timeshares is not responsible for the quality of accommodation offered. Complaints must be directed to resort management.
✅No financial or any other responsibility will be taken for the change of unit numbers by owners/resort or an error.
✅ Kindly be advised that travel arrangements should be made only once you receive your Confirmation Letter or F Jada Timeshares advise you to go ahead. F Jada Timeshares will not be held responsible should you make your transport arrangements prior to your bookings been finalised.
✅Upon receipt of ‘Proof of Payment’ a guest confirmation will be issued to you.
During off peak times F Jada timeshares requires a minimum of 4 days to issue you with your guest confirmation. During peak times F Jada Timeshares will require between 1 – 4 weeks to issue this guest confirmation.
You are also required to provide your Full Name, ID, Cell No. and Email to F Jada timeshares in order to process your booking.

We booked for a week getaway at Kiara Lodge with Fatima Jada . The service we received from her was exceptional. She always was available to reply to our enquiries. We booked a week at Cabanas with Fatima Jada. She was very accommodating and understanding when I asked some questions with regards to the legitimacy of her business and she provided this site which helped build my trust in her (taking precautions after the ‘Hello Darlings’ scandal). Overall excellent and efficient service from her, she helped with every need and went out of her way to request a higher room from the hotel on my behalf and negotiate a better price for the accommodation as per my request which I truly appreciate. Had no problems at all with the accommodation from check in to check out. Will definitely use her services again in the future and recommend her to others as well.
